Strategy Software Maintenance Service

Terms

Maintenance and support is provided free of any charges for 3 months from the date the product is registered as purchased.

Following the initial free period, annual maintenance and support is charged at 15 % of the product licence cost. The charges are paid annually in advance and in the UK are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

  • Maintenance of the product includes software maintenance releases and product enhancements.
  • Support of the product includes telephone helpdesk, facsimile or email support to the primary licencee.

Helpdesk

The Helpdesk service.

  • Available 9.00am to 5.30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays (UK).
  • Every effort will be made to respond to support requests and to resolve any problems immediately.
  • Request for support will be responded to within a guaranteed maximum period of 4 hours.

Requesting Support

When requesting Helpdesk support you will be asked or should provide (if by facsimile or email) your contact details and software licence number.

Support Restrictions

Support does not include operating systems, computer set-up and other software products such as Microsoft Word. Support is available on Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products, but there may be a charge for non Strategy product support.
